Pre Season Training

Pre season training is underway Mon and Wed on the Nightcliff Foreshore in front of the Beachfront Hotel
The Bo de la Cruz Academy and the Chris Smith Academy for youth boys and girls under 15 upwards are also included
A 1 hour session from 5.30 - 6.30ish
Time to get the edge
Senior men women and Under 18’s will be there as well as our Academy mentors
Come on down it’s Febfit month as well
It’s never to soon to be fit
